What a tokenized stock is
A tokenized stock is a token on a blockchain designed to follow the price of one share of a listed company or ETF. The issuer holds the underlying shares with a custodian and issues tokens against them; the token then moves like any other crypto asset — between wallets, across exchanges, at any hour.
Three families are live in the app, and they are not interchangeable:

The token for the same company in two families is two different assets on two different chains. TSLAX and TSLAON both follow Tesla, but you cannot send one to the other's address. The app always shows the network next to the ticker — check it before you copy an address.
Why compare — a real snapshot
Tokenized stocks are thinner markets than BTC or USDT, so exchanges price them further apart. At the time of writing, 1,000 USDT (TRC20) bought 2.699133 TSLAX at the best exchange and 2.645767 TSLAX at the worst — a 1.98% difference, about 20 dollars on a thousand. For 500 USDT → NVDAX the gap was 2.88%. On BTC → USDT the same comparison usually differs by a tenth of a percent. With stocks, picking the exchange matters more than it does with coins.
The best TSLAX quote was worth about $996.9 at the token's reference price — around 0.3% below the 1,000 USDT sent, with network fees already included. That is the whole cost: Changerella adds nothing on top.

The list follows what exchanges actually swap, not what they merely list: a token appears only after a real quote has come back for it. That is also why Binance's bStocks are absent — one exchange still lists them, but none of them can be swapped.
How to buy a tokenized stock with crypto
- Open app.changerella.com. In "You send" choose what you pay with — USDT TRC20 is the most common.
- In "You get" open the picker and choose a token from Tokenized stocks, or type the ticker. Mind the network label: Solana, ERC20 or Robinhood.
- Enter the amount and read the offers: payout, time and KYC rating from A to D for each exchange. Sort by whichever matters most.
- Press Continue and paste your wallet address on the token's network — a Solana address for xStocks, an Ethereum address for Ondo.
- Send the deposit to the address shown. It goes directly to the exchange you picked; the tokens arrive in your wallet in about 20 minutes.

What to know before you buy
- A token is not a share in your name. It follows the price; voting rights, dividends and what happens in a corporate action depend on the issuer's terms, not on the company. Read the terms of the family you pick.
- Issuer and custodian risk. The token is only as good as the issuer that holds the shares behind it. xStocks, Ondo and Robinhood are three separate issuers with separate structures.
- The token trades 24/7, the stock does not. On weekends and at night the token's price is set by crypto markets alone and can drift from the last close. Big orders on thin tokens deserve a smaller test first.
- Who may hold it. Issuers do not offer these tokens to US persons and residents of some other countries. Swapping on-chain does not change what rules apply to you.
- KYC is the exchange's decision. Each offer carries an A–D rating; stock tokens are handled by the same instant exchanges as coins, under their usual rules.

Why do the offers for the same stock token differ so much?
Stock tokens have less liquidity than major coins, so exchanges price them further apart. In our snapshot the gap between best and worst offer was 1.98% for TSLAX and 2.88% for NVDAX, against roughly 0.1% on BTC to USDT.
Do tokenized stocks pay dividends or give voting rights?
That depends on the issuer's terms, not on the company. As a rule the token tracks the economic value of the share and does not give shareholder voting rights; check the terms of xStocks, Ondo or Robinhood before buying.
