It has now been over seven months and an additional week since my unresolved transaction with ChangeNOW. Despite their claims of reviewing my case under AML regulations, there has been zero progress or meaningful communication. This has become a pattern of stalling and avoidance that raises serious questions about their practices. The BTC I tried to transfer was legitimate salary from my previous employer, which the company has confirmed as completely lawful. Despite providing all the required documentation, including proof of the source of funds, ChangeNOW continues to withhold my money. This delay has caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience.Seven months without resolution is far beyond reasonable. At this point, it feels like ChangeNOW is using regulatory excuses to avoid refunding my $1,000 USD. The rise in Bitcoin’s value to $1,500 USD only compounds my frustration, as I am not asking for profit—just the return of my original funds. To anyone considering using ChangeNOW, I urge you to think carefully. My experience has shown a shocking lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability. A trustworthy platform would have resolved such a straightforward case months ago.ChangeNOW: Please stop delaying. Either refund my money immediately or provide a clear and definitive timeline for resolution. Your lack of transparency is unacceptable.
