Very fast transaction

Fraudulent Activity – Blockchain Transaction Proof Available**Dear CommunityI am writing this review to bring attention to a serious issue I encountered with the third-party service **ChangeNOW**, which I had to rely on due to the limited number of available on/off ramps. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing short of fraudulent, and I urge users to exercise caution when dealing with such services. As we know, crypto was built to eliminate third-party counterparty risk and enable trustless interactions on the blockchain. However, the current limitations of fiat on/off ramps force users like myself to engage with third-party services that, in this case, have proven to be unreliable and dishonest. Here’s a brief account of what happened:- I initiated a transaction with ChangeNOW, sending my crypto from a wallet for which I hold the private keys. - The transaction from my end was successfully completed, as verified on the blockchain through a block explorer. I have the **transaction hash** to prove that the coins were sent with sufficient gas fees. - Despite this, ChangeNOW never sent the swapped coins in return. The blockchain does not lie — I’ve verified every detail of the transaction on-chain, and it’s clear that the funds were never sent back to me. While I was fortunate to start with a **test send** involving a small amount, it’s not about the money but **the principle**. Scamming users, especially during a bull run when many newcomers are entering the space, is unacceptable. I have no reason to make this up, and I’m not the only one who has reported issues with ChangeNOW.This experience serves as a reminder of the timeless mantra in crypto: **“Not your keys, not your crypto.”** I urge the community to reconsider promoting third-party services like ChangeNOW, as they pose a risk to users. These services are supposed to facilitate seamless swaps, but in reality, they can take advantage of users during high-volume periods in the market. **be extra vigilant during bull runs.** Scammers are always lurking, and unfortunately, services like ChangeNOW seem to be among them. As for me, scam me once, shame on you. I hope others learn from my experience.

An exchange of mine was taking longer than expected. Reached out and provided my order number to Andrew. Within moments, my funds hit my account. Love the normally-fast, self-service process; but I also really appreciate the help when I need a live assist. :-)

Now wallet is a simple yet extremely helpful application for people who need quick and easy crypto transactions/exchanges. Their customer support team is also great! I’m a consistent client and recommend anyone who needs a simple and safe crypto wallet and exchange platform on the go.
