First my experience has been top notch when it comes to swapping crypto. Its really fast and have never once had any issues with quite a few trades. Until yesterday. I sent almost 3k of XRP to swap and completely forgot about XRP needing a destination address. ChangeNOW support immediately responded to my email and had the problem that I caused in a few hours.
