N/A

Had an issue with swapping some XRP for a XCN(ETH) and it took awhile being ETH as well all now how awful ETH is! Anyways, reached out and they advised that the rate change had changed and I wouldn’t be receiving as much XCN as projected due to the drastic price change (I tried to buy the drastic dip). Kate, Adam and Andrew were PHENOMENAL in helping me out as I advised I didn’t want to do the exchange anymore. They worked together and I got my FULL XRP back! Phenomenal customer service and I’d like for them all to be recognized for their customer service! Thank you all!!I highly recommend using them for exchanges, I’ll be for sure!

Very Fast And Accurate

Getting a response to my previous review which was very fast deserves the fifth star. Thank you

There was a delay with my exchange request it took longer than expected yet you have a nice and informative user interface which made me feel relaxed about the status of the transaction. To return status of the transaction by e-mail is sincerely very good idea.

Their system works almost flawlessly and fairly! There has only been one or two times where I needed to contact support to have a transaction resolved, but those were incredibly easy to deal with and support was fantastic.

Very happy with the efficacy and that you can see the progress of the transfer.

What can I say, they’ve been my go to for years. Never had a problem. Quick and easy exchange, and they’ve always given the best rates.I hope that never changes.

So far I have completed about 10 transactions with CN. Once I had a problem because my deposit was not recognized. It was resolved via chat within a few minutes. This is a very unusually good service and I am very satisfied. I can recommend Change Now with a clear conscience.

ChangeNow has been the very best crypto exchange service for me. My transactions have always been completed in a very timely manner, around 2 min.
