A timely refund. I had sent some crypto to the wrong address Changelly. My reaction was, I'm not ever going to see my funds again. I was wrong. Support was very understanding, to be frank, they were awesome! They escalated my issue immediately, after I provided some information. I can't believe I received my refund the following week. Great job! Very happy with changelly! And a big Thank You! Kurt

Excelente servicio, Confiable y Rapido

Solid service. It's dependable for quickly converting one cryptocurrency to another, and their fees are reasonable. However, it's important to note that there's room for improvement. One area that could be enhanced is the user interface, which, while functional, could be more intuitive. Despite these minor drawbacks, Changelly remains a trustworthy platform for cryptocurrency conversions, and I appreciate its reliability for straightforward transactions.

I Love this platform, you should come out with your own coin soon.
