I swapped USDT to SOL in April (Transaction ID b6o5et3uwuw5s0o2). Provided KYC, but still no refund or exact date. You can't hold funs indefinitely without reason. Other exchange providers don't do this.

I opened an account for small trades. Withdrew my funds and did a larger amount but when I tried to withdraw my $1000 it refused and wanted $500 more to upgrade to premium. Which I did. Now I still can’t withdraw and an email saying I need to deposit $1000 more to be able to withdraw my funds ,,, update I have reached out to support and waiting for response

if they have technical issues on the coin you sign to receive, their crappy "smart" contracts freeze the coins you sent them until 20 days before give them back. No immediate giveback, unaccettable.Stay away from these disasters/amateurs, absolutely unreliable.
