Exchange process was quick. Customer support, answered within 1 minute with helpful , friendly and fast writing advices.First experience with them. For my case I saved much time and fees, instead on visiting a traditional exchange.Will def. use the service again. 5 stars. Top Project. Keep going exactly like that :)

As part of a GAS to BTC exchange, which ultimately went well, I inadvertently sent a non-trivial amount of NEO during the process, to Changelly. I opened a support case explaining the issue and sent the corresponding transaction/block explorer details to show what had happen. Changelly support promptly replied indicating that they would escalate the case and get back to me. That was 21 days ago. Despite asking politely for an update on the case (ticket # 222248) on different occasions, I got radio silence. No one at Changelly support had the decency to reply, even just to say that things are still in progress.It's a shame that I had to come here to post a poor public review when this could have been addressed privately.
