क्रिप्टो एक्सचेंजर Changelly पर समीक्षाएँ

Great experiences, even when I had an issue that I caused, they were quick to fix the issue and keep me going!

fast and simple A+++fast and versatile, faster then most exchanges and keeps track of progress.

Straightforward process to exchange my crypto from one coin to another. Hadn't ever heard of Changelly prior to use but within 10 minutes had signed up and completed the exchange. Thank you for a smooth experience.

As a first experience, I'm newbe, it's a puzzle but with the help of customer service I solved my problems in 5 minutes.

Overall, the UI experience looks good. My transaction failed though due to a very intricate reason being I was shown to send x amount to Chanelly, but the transaction and gas fees deducted them in between (which wasn't explicitly mentioned or wasn't prominent enough) and this is why my transaction failed. Support was awesome and prompt though.

About a month ago, I lost some XRP when I purchased them from Simplex via Changelly. For some reason, either Changelly or Simplex discarded the Destination Tag and so the tokens were not credited into my Nexo account. This happened twice. The first time, I was already sure that I entered my XRP address and Destination Tag correctly, but I had no proof. So, I made another purchase; this time, taking screen shots of every step as proof of my transaction. Again, I made sure to enter the correct XRP address and Destination Tag and I took screenshots of those. Again, I did not receive the tokens and when I checked the transaction in the XRP explorer, the destination tag was, as suspected, missing, again.I reached out to Changelly and Simplex but they wouldn't help me. They just pointed fingers at each other, insisting that there was no problem on their side even with the proof I showed them.I will never buy from them again.

This service is just on top. I was really impressed with the speed of my transaction.

Absolutely the most unexpected, and incredible customer service.

I swapped BTC for ETH and the transaction was as smooth as..., not the first time I have used Changelly and it will not be the last, fees were quite reasonable and I am happy with my transaction.
