UPDATE: After 5 days, Changelly was finally able to complete the exchange and, if I wanted a refund, they would cover transaction fees.Personally, I likely won't use the service in the future, but they do deserve recognition for making things right.---Tried to exchange Celo for XLM. 22 hours and 15,800 block confirmations after I sent the requested amount I decided to ask for a refund and Changelly won't refund the whole amount. I have to pay for the refund's transaction fees, even though it was Changelly who failed to complete the exchange.Stay away from these clowns. I'm not going to say it's a scam, because it's not, but this is a really really bad experience and customer support is awful.
