Six months ago, I used Nexo app to buy Nexo tokens from Changelly. My payment was successful, but I never received my tokens in my wallet. I blamed Nexo app for this, but they did their own investigation and found it was not their fault. Then , in June, I turned to Changelly's live chat support for help. The customer service replied immediately, and my problem was resolved very quickly. In 2 weeks I received my refund. Thank you guys, your customer service is AMAZING!

I used Changelly to swap xrp to bnb. The process was quick and easy. The transaction did fail. But after a live chat with support it was figured out very quickly and the funds where resent to my wallet successfully. The whole process took less then 10 mins even with communicating with support to figure out the reason for the failed transaction. Very happy so far and A+ support! Thank you
