i made a mistake sending less than i was supposed to and had the issue resolved by support (Andrew) within minutes of seeking support, never had any issues with these guys very efficient and fast.

Scammers they just recently stole and I just found out many others

You just input how much, input recipient address and choose one of the multiple options how to send the crypto you are exchanging and that really impressed me. But I must mention an issue I had with one transaction where system did not recognized my deposit. I contacted the customer support right away with this issue and Kate with Andrew ensured me that my funds are safe and helped me to solve the issue efficiently and quickly. Other than that, I really cannot complain.
