Caution alert🚨🚨🚨I’ve placed a swap in this exchange website yesterday which is approximately 20 hours ago and I still has not received my payment although the payment I sent to them for my exchange was completed in the network which took approximately 3 minutes. After waiting patiently for 20 hours, I couldn’t wait any further so I wrote a message to their contact support team and the response I got is “We apologize for the delays.Our team needs more time to complete this exchange. We will try to complete it within 8 hours”. If you’re reading this I strongly recommend you to use on-chain built crosschain bridges or dex swaps and avoid unnecessary losses. Have a great day!
