Had some issues with a transaction. Got help relatively fast, but got a slightly lower rate than expected.It was only a little, so I did not complain. Few days later I got the remaining back. Without asking, they sent this."We have reviewed your Exchange and noticed that the transaction rate differs from the agreed rate. It's been over a month, they haven't delivered my $20,000. They requested KYC and a bunch of information from me, I immediately gave them all the information and KYC documents. They keep saying that there was no information from the Compliance department or that I need to send an e-mail. They don't give any additional information. This site has no contact person, their live support staff has no knowledge of anything and can't help with anything. No one has responded to the e-mail address they gave me for months.
