I’ve been a customer on this platform for some time.The team stated, "Your funds are safe because they are stored in a cold wallet."However, this raised my suspicions. How are my funds considered safe when they’re stored in someone else's wallet instead of mine? To me, it feels like they’re implying, "We have control over your funds, and you’ll have to give up trying to get them back."With feeling concerned, 88 days passed since $8000 were frozen.I won't post this sentence if I didn't follow all their steps. They always say this is essential to make the cryptocurrency safe.But this is just excuse; you have no reason to drag my issue anymore.I'm sure my funds were never involved in any illegal activities, and I followed all and also provided extra information they didn't require.But there are still no responses and updates on my issue.They said, "Our compliance team has heavy loads because the requests are increased. You have to wait for their responses. They will get back to you with a response."A lot of time passed from the first time I heard of it.The support team is just a courier to forward the response from the compliance team to customers. and the compliance team doesn't feel any responsibility in handling the issues of customers.The changenow will request transaction ID or other information to check my issue Once this review is posted,. But it is just gesture.They always reply with a smile in front of customers on any platform, but they do nothing actual to resolve any kinds of issues in their place.I don't understand how this platform has 4.5 points on this site.There will be some reason; I'm sure they trick our eye and understanding.With $8000 and 88 days, anyone can mine new coin and make more revenue.If it is true that you want to make the cryptocurrency safer and that customers are your top priority, return my funds to my original wallet.
