Avis sur l'échangeur crypto Changelly

I made a user error that was preventing me from completing a transaction. Support solved my problem in 30 seconds. Super helpful and impressive considering how bad customer service is in crypto in general.

Fantastic service.Similar to those quaint money exchange kiosks we used to see in the airport! Only these guys make it easy to trade out of a prohibited token like Nexo and gain some ETH so it can be used and withdrawn wherever I’d like. Thanks. Keep up the good work. And always DYOR before venturing anywhere unfamiliar!

Nice to see sites like this to make crypto interactions fast, easy, and affordable. Thank you, and recommended.

Love love love ! :D

Horrible exchange site stay away. They take way longer than average to complete transactions and then stop the transaction once the exchange rate changes in a way that isn't in their favor. Once the transaction is stopped, they force you to talk with online chat who informs you they're holding your funds hostage. You can either complete the exchange at a lower rate or they'll return your funds minus a network charge and fees. If you can't complete my transaction, I can understand that, but return the funds I sent you. Changelly is an absolutely criminal enterprise. Stay away.

Fast and easy. Was able to trade coins not available on centralized exchanges.

I'm new to the crypto market and when I had que I was able to chat with a live representative rather quickly. Very thorough and patient with me and all my newbie questions and I highly recommend it
