I swapped to the wrong thing (eth network instead of bnb) and their exchange didn't support it so it was stuck in limbo. They told me once they support the swap then they will refund me. Just got it yesterday.Surprised me as I kind of figured they were just giving me the runaround, completely forgot about it. Good job Changelly

I was a bit nervous but the live chat calmed my fears and actually processed the funds within minutes to the recipient address. this was all done within 5 to 10 minutes which was incredible.
