I sent accidentally from polygon to erc20 i had same problems with another exchangers but they could help me with it like in 5-10minutes maximum i was able to get my money back. im asking support what to do and he be saying like "i will ask my team" im asking how long it takes he rudely saying years,months doesnt even care about my problem. not a small amount tho. what a support do u guys have? and why everyone else is possible to solve this problem and you are not ? are you scamming or taking funds for yourself? i dont see other ways there

Dis not do anything on being informed that scammers are using platform to scam individuals, protecting themselves under the justification that transferes to crypto wallets are untraceable even through there are transaction ids etc
