Radek was my support person helping me with a failed exchange. They were persistent to fix the issue and within 5min they had started the exchange and if it were to not work they’d get me a full refund of the coins that I was exchanging. Amazing and quick service appreciate the teams help today!

I attempted to swap 1 BTC to XRP. After 24 hours and 27 bitcoin confirmations, the swap still had not been done. Another day later, and I still have neither my BTC or XRP. I was told this would be dealt with the same day. Considering legal action against this bad practice company.

Changelly is awesome.. The rates are dirt cheap. Usually you have to pay like 5-10 bucks minimum for a swap. They only charged me like, maybe 80 cents. It was a small swap, like 35 bucks. The TX failed due to my fault, support responded immediately and fixed it and everything is good.. This is the way to go for swaps, hands down.
