On 19th of May I made a coin transfer within my wallet to USDT. $761 value at 0.38. Info popped up that Changelly will be used to exchange crypto. (I've checked fees with their own calculator on Changelly website)I've agreed to fees that came at about $40 and proceeded. Transaction took 20 hours and to my surprise I've received $215 in USDT. Hash from both cryptos shows only fraction of the network fee that was deducted.Had to reset my wallet thinking it was an update error. Following reset, transaction info was updated with a summary link that shown:- transfer unit price was reduced to $0.23 - not the exchange I've agreed to!- Transfer fees where 299.7 USDT !!!This is not acceptable by any standards!This transaction left me loosing 71%.In resposnse Changelly wrote:"Thank you for your query.Please kindly note that the network fee of 299.7 USDT20 was deducted from the exchanged amount to cover the network commission for processing the transfer to your wallet. We hope for your understanding! "Despite my effort no more communication from Changelly to resolve.My understanding is that I was scammed.If you deal with Changelly you will loose you money. It is not a trustworthy platform.@ChangellyIf only...you wouldn't have job replying to bad reviews.Ps. Agreed fees where acceptable before the transfer. Read review.

5000 BUSD went missing and customer support said they could reverse the transaction back to by original wallet. It’s been a week and no response from any support when I contacted a second time. This seems pretty bad considering I’ve had near instant support from other exchanges, especially considering how much money is missing. Order ID vlug7kk0yyiriamgEdit: due to changelly responding I have changed it to 3 star and will change it to 5 when the issue is complete. I still think they need additional support staff to respond to emails.

I sent etn to them but never received my btc. Because of this I had to submit a conplaint ticket which took a week for them to reply to. I replied with the requested information and had to wait another 4 days to receive a reply, asking if I wanted them to refund the etn or send the btc but at the current exchange rate (£300 less than it was). I have a feeling that if the exchange rate had gone the other way they would have no problem sending me the originally agreed upon amount of btc.I replied to this 3 days ago and am still waiting for a reply.3 weeks after sending the etn I am still waiting for the btc to arrive.They have a high review score because they used to operate legitimately, these days they are scamming people. Do not use.

Very good resolution to my key error exchanging DOT for ONE and out to a Wallet. They fixed it, preventing a bouncing do over. Customer support was there when needed, like ER techs, undetectable until the stuff hits the fan.

Made a wrong transfer using the wrong stablecoin and thought my funds would be gone forever. It was all my mistake. I reached out to the team explaining my situation. And they willingly did the necessary checks and today I received my refund back! Thumbs up!
