Unas tasas absolutamente abusivas...

More than half of the value of my transaction was taken as a fee. Im never using this exchange again

Fastest response for a ticket and resolving of the issue (transaction declined) I ever experienced!

"I would like to inform you about the issue I encountered with the SwapSpace platform through Changelly. I transferred Ethereum Classic (ETC) to get Tron (TRX), but Ethereum Classic was sent instead of Ethereum as I expected. After contacting customer support, they confirmed that my funds are held by them and will be returned. However, after a week, I received a message stating that a $100 fine must be paid to retrieve 73 Ethereum Classic. What is perplexing is that the platform transferred the amount from their account to another, granting them access to my funds.ETC Hash0x0c32d530b47615234cf351022938b5ae2abaf10b4196395f65ef817c9b19d24dI kindly request the company to review this matter and clarify the steps taken to resolve the issue completely. Please review the transaction that took place and associate it with the specific problem highlighted in the following link:ETC Hash0x26404608695b2b0889c48ddf44b072ca4739cbd1baaf0a5626c94404bf2b34f0I urge the company to address this issue as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution to ensure the correct retrieval of the funds.Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding in this matter."

I used to Changelly to convert some coins from one chain to another... I had one or 2 issues and they helped me get them to go thru and they were very quick to answer my emails...

I had to get rid of my NEXO tokens since they stopped providing services to US customers. Some sites and apps wanted ~$15 in fees to exchange my measly $33 in NEXO. Changelly let me exchange the NEXO to LTC for only $2. It was fast, and simple, and it worked. In case anyone is suspicious about the reviews here (like I was, and like you should be for all crypto), they have so many reviews because they prompt you to leave a review after you complete a transaction. But the service was actually good, so there's nothing wrong with that imo.
