Сначала сервис показался сложным и каким-то не таким, но спустя пару дней разобрался.Из плюсов ещё можно отметить то что обмены происходят быстро, это радует. Также есть хорошая служба поддержки, насколько вижу они внимательно относятся к пользователям, а это сразу плюс несколько баллов сервису.Из минусов то что всё таки иногда какие-то задержки бывают по всей видимости. Также я бы комиссии меньше поставил, но не думаю, что это возможно, со стороны сервиса как-то поменять.Мне сервис понравился. Буду продолжать использовать.

Обменник довольно популярный, решил тоже попробовать. Использовал с начала лета, провёл около 10 сделок. Что понравилось — так это удобство и простота, всё максимально понятно было с самого начала. Также за всё это время ни разу не было глюков, зависаний и прочего. Сделки проходили сразу. Деньги выводятся без проблем. Вывод могу сделать такой — надежный обменник, использовать просто.

Положительное впечатление об обменнике.Из плюсов: крупный известный обменник. Из минусов: проходить KYC нужно. Остальное как и везде. Если нужна надежный обменник — то это хороший вариант.

I did not have the opportunity to respond directly to Changelly in my previous report, so I am posting here my response to Changelly's response to my previous post.I'm here to report an unacceptable situation I'm facing with the Changelly exchange. Despite having submitted all documents requested by the AML/KYC process, Changelly now claims that the funds in question are stolen and is withholding my BTCs without justification. I would like to clarify the following points to refute these allegations and expose Changelly's bad faith: 1. Total Transparency and Collaboration: • From the beginning, I have been completely transparent and provided all the information and documents requested by Changelly to prove the legitimate origin of my funds. Stating that I did not provide relevant information is a clear attempt to divert attention from Changelly's lack of commitment to resolving the issue. 2. Documentary Proof of the Origin of Funds: • The funds in question were acquired legitimately and I have all the necessary documentation to prove this. Changelly has so far not provided any concrete evidence to support its claims that the funds are coming from illicit activities. 3. Unjustifiable Delay Tactics: • Changelly is using unjustifiable delay tactics, harming me financially and abusing their position. During the time that the company has been holding my BTCs, the price of the cryptocurrency has dropped significantly, resulting in large financial losses for me. 4. Consumer Rights and Legal Obligations: • According to the Consumer Protection Code (Law nº 8,078/1990) in Brazil, I have the right to a quick and effective resolution. Additionally, the United Nations Consumer Protection Guidelines and the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) establish that unfair or deceptive trade practices are illegal. Changelly is violating these principles by withholding my funds without justification. 5. Commitment to Cryptosphere Security: • While I understand and support the importance of AML policies to the security of the cryptosphere, this should not be used as an excuse to withhold funds in an arbitrary and unjustified manner. Changelly has an obligation to treat its customers with respect and act in a transparent manner.Given these facts, I demand the immediate return of my BTCs. Changelly must honor its commitments to its customers and act in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. I will continue to seek my rights and will not rest until this situation is resolved fairly.
