For 3 weeks now they held 10k usd. Got email 1 week ago saying they are going to do a refund and that i am not allowed to use their sevice anymore. Now been waiting 1 week for that refund.I asked how long time it will take? i understand it can take some days but the respons was they need the management approval to send money to someone.
