Нравится интерфейс приложения, интуитивно понятно будет даже начинающим, комиссии сравнительно не высокие, есть реальная возможность получения ответов на интересующие вопросы от поддержки. Обменник вселяет доверие, уже использую месяц, никаких ограничений на обмены не было.

I have initiated a 5 ETH -> XMR transaction 2 weeks ago, and they have been holding my funds since then for "KYC/AML procedure".I have provided all information they requested, and asked for a refund ever since they held my funds.Now after much back and forth and many automated responses, I'm finally making some progress. Here's their response"Please note that the funds have already been exchanged within the ETA, therefore your transaction can only be processed. Please confirm your recipient's wallet address is valid xxx."What was the ETA? 2 weeks?? I didn't send my ETH to be swapped to XMR 2 weeks later, why am I taking the loss for a KYC procedure that I did not initiate?According to this review trustpilot.c om/reviews/ 66f82b664d5d6ac237996108, Changelly told this user :"Their policy states that they can only refund to the original sending address, regardless of the circumstances."Strange, why would they only refund to one user, but refused to refund to another?Not strange if you look at XMR's price - XMR has dropped 40% since I initiated the transaction.Pure daylight robbery.

E' un'app fantastica. Ero un po' titubante all'inizio, ma mi sono ricreduta. Adatta soprattutto ai novellini del settore. Mi piace il fatto che si possono scambiare, vendere e comprare tantissimi tipi di criptovalute.

Хороший сервис для обмена криптовалюты. Комиссии приемлимые, поддержка сервиса отвечает быстро, минус пока не нашла, но найти можно всегда на любом сервисе (к примеру, что компания непонятно в какой стране, как и остальные крипто-сервисы)
