I have used changelly for a while now and having issues like these is truly frustrating and disheartening .I have KYC'd and provided all the proof needed to refund this transactionIt has now been 2 months or longer & I need this money as soon as possible. Could you please refund this exchange, I do not need it to be exchanged, simply refunded . I have provided proof of income where the money for the transaction came from & KYC'd completely with my ID .The support team via email does nothing but send the same response "We are currently reviewing your case and will be in touch as soon as possible." and it has been over two months, at first it was understandable but its been way to long now.I am now worried I am getting completely scammed because if you look up "changelly scam" on google there is a bunch of situations that are almost identical to mine. People start an exchange, complete the kyc & aml then, they just get stuck in an email loop like I am.I will change this review if I get my money back since this is my first and only issue with changelly after using them for years. Hope you understand my worry and impatience .I have also since checked the transaction and it appears they sent my money out of the wallet without paying me a penny.
