their website says I should get 0.02017984 BTC and what I got was actually 0.00176553 BTC that's 13.1% fee?!!edit: here : o5lok70m2jsu1mqkedit2: the fees were promoted as 0.25%.. get a respectable job plsedit3: you have not mentioned the network fee anywhere as I thought it was included in the "advertised" .25% fees, and confirmed by "you'll be getting 0.02017984" message. I'd have went else where of course like I did eventually if you were clear in the 1st place about your fees... so stop using the "0.25% fees" as a clickbait and/or get a respectable jobs y'all.

Great service! I had an issue with an exchange and felt quite lost. But the team (live chat) of Changelly was available right away 24/7 and i really felt that they are with me the whole time trying to help in anyway they can, guiding me with patients.In this field where you can sometimes get lost especially if you are new, its so important to have someone professional you can talk to and advise with that is a human and not a bot, and Changelly team were with me the whole time until i fixed the problem! Used Changelly for the first time today to get some Digibyte with Bitcoin. Simple to use and worked a treat. Now I have some DGB as it's not available on some of the major Exchanges. Will definitely use again.
