I had 2 failed transactions because had some problems calculating fees call support and less than 24 hours got refunded my coins so happy and so nice support really give them 5 stars they deserve it

I had forgotten to put a required message in the transaction, and then I was at risk to loose my funds. Fortunatly, Changelly's team managed to recover them anyway, and finalize the transaction. A big thank you! (Anyway I will be more careful next time...)
