Absolute scammers. I converted my bitcoin into ethereum and now the AML/compliance team is refusing to send me my crypto as apparently invoices, copies of transactions, my passport and identity verification and my bank statements lack in proof. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE VERY VERY DIFFICULT AND YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR MONEY.

I swapped $150k using Changelly and then they hold my transaction. They asked for KYC and KYC verification is completed but it is very frustrating that they still hold my transaction even though KYC is passed and AML questions answered with supporting documents.Transaction id: b8r1mebipic3v66w

Locked out of acct with well over $80k in BTC. For a glitch in their system. Mark my words... there is no working support to regain access to your account. I have never seen anything like this. A company holding so many accounts with No customer service and FAQ provides the most vague answers written by a underpaid worker.. After 4 weeks, I'm still no closer to getting into my account. This is clearly more than unlicensed theft, and as a retired solicitor, I’ll enjoy issuing an Ayr'Lp summons to claim damages, costs, and guarantee recompense.
