(24th Aug) Clarified the return's process.On August 28th the misdirected funds were returned back in my wallet.Great CS, great response, great outcome. You couldn't ask for more.

Sent my Ada to exchange to Ethereum on August 14th 2020 at1936. I did not receive my Ethereum until 09/04/20 @1243. Technical issues on their end for not having Shelley update done etc. Mind you Shelley hard fork was done 07/31/2020. Never received a follow up email from them. I had to constantly contact them just to get generic non-empathetic responses. Lost money because of them for missing a trade and also not being able to stake my Ada while it was stuck in their possession. Last time I will use their service. I'll stick to change Now or other non-custodial exchange from now on. I'd rather lose out on a few more coins due to exchange rate then not being able to exchange at all.
