Exchange ID: 9290ke471nlqyx6gI needed an fast exchange BTC to XMR and I decided to use this service. After i sent BTC to they address, i waited about few hours my XMR but received just email. They put my BTC on Hold and i must pass KYC. In KYC policy i read that they accept passport or driving license. I made required photos(corresponded to the standard requirements for identity verification, place with good lights, no blare, in focus etc) and sent them. But they decline my photos with passport and ask same photos but with other ID. If my first photos was bad for you, why i can't make new one, why they didn't wrote me what should i fix(light, focus...) ? And if i haven't driving license? When i made claim, i received just pattern-like answers: you must pass KYC, you must send us other document, you accepted our policy.I read all policy and terms many times, but i couldn't find information about my situation: -if i fail or can't finish KYC procedure , you'll take my money. When i ask about refund, my question ignored.=====================Updated after 1st replay=====================Nice, again pattern-like reply and ignoring of explicit questions. Habe Changelly heute das erste Mal probiert und ohne Troubles XMR (Poloniex) nach BTC (BitPanda) getauscht.Die gesamte Transaktion verlief nicht nur rasch und transparent, sondern einfach reibungslos. War anfänglich skeptisch, aber so kann man das wirklich empfehlen.Einzig eine größere Auswahl an tauschbaren Coins wäre wünschenswert. In meinem konkreten Fall war der Service jedenfalls als "Top" zu bezeichnen.

I found that it's better, when trading obscure coins at a floating rate, to do it via smaller batches over time rather than one large batch. This is not financial advice just my experience.
