I made a mistake with one of my exchanges. Changellys customer service was really great. They fixed my transaction with no problem. I have used Changelly a handful of times with no problems whatsoever. The fees are reasonable and I highly recommend this service! Thanks Annabelle and the Changelly team!

company is a complete and total scam - took my bitcoin and told me my transaction didnt work and blamed it on me as user error - claiming ill receive a refund in 20 days, i highly doubt this to be true, 200 dollar lesson learned. STAY AWAY site is a scam. Transaction ID:86ukw4k8cc0wdup8update: the company is emailing me saying theyll refund me in 20 days. I will dilligently update this review to let people know if anything is ever received.update 11/10/20: my coin was returned today minus a small transaction fee - so thanks for holding my coin while the price skyrocketed i guess? made a few bucks lol. anyways, my opinion is that the company needs a better refund system, or managers on standby who can manually process refunds- a 20 day waiting time is absolutely insane.
