Problem solve less than 20 minutes. My mistake forgot to put destination tag to my xrp wallet. Contacted them thru the changelly chat and then email the support team. The response was very fast ! Awesome experience. Used it multiple times and even got sometimes more than expected. My fastest exchange was about 1 minute and got me excited. Hopefully Changelly will add way more currencies in the future and I'll never use an exchange again.
