I think Changelly may have the best customer support in the crypto space. I made a foolish mistake and I realized I made an error immediately. My stomach dropped and I thought I may have lost funds. I reached out via chat and somebody responded to me immediately. I explained my problem and not only were they compassionate, they were extremely helpful. After providing some information, they stayed positive and reassured me everything would be OK. After a couple of days had passed, I checked back in (I didn't have a ticket number to follow along) and a new chat agent was just as attentive. She jumped in right away and reassured me even further that things were progressing in the right direction. Crypto trading can still be complex. Changelly and the folks that work there are doing an awesome job to make it stress free and easier. I really appreciate all that they are doing and they have earned a customer for life!
