They are thieves. Do not use. Tried to convert BTC to doje on 1/28. Waited 12 hours while it was “exchanging”. Then it said failed. Was lied to that doje was off the market (it was not, this was hours before that) now, 24 hours later I haven’t received my BTC back. Contacted them over 20 times. These people are thieves and will be contacting a lawyer if I don’t receive my money. Stay far away!!!!UPDATE to reply: cute one guys. I did try and initiate a refund ...4 days ago. Still have yet to be “updated” when I will get back my Refund Or when it’s coming or anything!!!. I have emailed so many times. Contacted support from app, Twitter , etc. for days I have not received a response. Zero. Please spare me with this joke of a response. 28th was days ago and you haven’t updated. A decent company would at least do that. Give me my money back now

I have a transaction that has been stuck on exchanging for a considerable amount of time, over an hour. This usually takes no more than five minutes. I have messaged the live chat to ask why it is taking so long but no one replies, despite all of my messages being marked as read shortly after I send them. I sent a chaser message to ask if someone could 'please reply' but again, the message around 5 minutes after it was sent was then marked as read and I still got no reply. I was just getting totally ignored by customer service and my transaction is still stuck on exchange. What am I meant to do when no one will reply to me? I can't even open a support ticket as that system keeps saying I've not entered a valid email address even though I have. This is terrible service from a company that is currently holding a significant amount of my money.Update: The transaction went through but Changelly still totally ignored the fact in their reply to this review that their staff read my messages and still ignored me. Shocking customer service experience, if you don't want customers to know they're being ignored then at least turn-off read receipts. No matter how busy you are, if you read a message, it only takes 5 seconds to say 'we're busy just now and will reply shortly'. Again, the messages were marked as read and you ignored them...

I updated this review as I had made the mistake on my end. Once I corrected the mistake by deleting my Anti-virus software in order to update the wallet properly, the funds did appear. So sorry Changelly for the error, now your review is correct.
