For the past few days they have been bombarding our website "Contact Us" address with unsolicited messages that are clogging up our email system and causing unnecessary work for staff. Avoid at all cost!Their 0,5% transaction fee somehow increased 216 euro on a 1616 euro Ethereum/Gala swap via Ledger. Cs agent first denied that it was such an amount deducted,then I sent her a screenshot and miraculously she found it as well.Then I was told it wasn't them and have to check it with Ledger. I've done it with Ledger CS and turned out the fee was on Changelly side. Check them on Reddit forums and avoid them at all cost!

I transferred around $152K worth of tokens through Changelly, completed the identity verification process successfully, and yet my transaction was placed on hold. Unfortunately, it remained unresolved for four weeks despite my efforts. Finally, I reached out to their Discord support.Transaction ID: 8s3yznc9b2w3gsjDiscord: changelly_helpdesk_96910_UpdateI successfully completed the process by attesting ownership & signing my wallet, which was used for the token transfers as requested in the Discord, and I also updated the required AML details. After that, everything went smoothly. However, I encountered an issue with Changelly, as they didn’t recognize my transaction ID, even though they were the ones who generated it initially. This raises concerns about their accountability and customer support. It’s disappointing to see a lack of transparency, and as a result, I’m hesitant to use their services again in the future.
