I have done exchange 3 times. Two were successful. I experienced problem in the 3rd one which was BNB due to my failure to put the memo. I contacted support and got a quick response. After proper security check I was assured that the transaction will go through in 3 to 7 working days. I got my coin on the 4th working day. Well done guys

Crypto is little complicated to administer, but buying on Coinbase and transferring to Changelly to convert to ARRR is quite straight forward once you get used to it. I had a little difficulty in converting but e-mailed the support team who almost immediately sorted me out - so great response and service from Changelly who were recommended by Pirate Chain - so thank you.
