They have expert technical team, i entered by a mistake their address, as a recipient on my wallet. Then i chated with the support team and they got me calm that they will do their best to refund it as soon as possible. Now here we on and after 3 days they refunded it. they are honest, clever and I trust them. Really thanks changelly team.

After an internet loss interrupted a transaction in which I failed to receive Harmony ONE I was exchanging, Changelly Chat Support was able to complete the transaction immediately and was able to assist in a problem with receiving email.
