The exchangelly app and website is great way to be able to exchange your currency although there is a little problem with the app at the moment the website still works perfectly fine. and i will continue to use exchangelly.

****THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE****Those that are new to Crypto trading, should stay far away from this company!!, they are scammers (a Russian based company but they claim to be based in Hong Kong)!!.This company has been (blacklisted on almost all Trading forums) and thus Nobody other than 'people who are new to trading use this company', as they are noturious for holding your BTC hostage and demanding KYC/AML? (Once they have your documents they keep your BTC).A 5 second search of Google typing the words (are changelly scammers) proves this!!, Also have a look at reddit.com for many threads which complain about changelly stealing people's coins.UPDATE:Changelly has replied with the EXACT same (copy and pasted) response that I have seen HUNDREDS of times on (reddit.com) and on their reviews on (the app store and Google play) you can check it out for yourselves if you dont believe me!!Stay away from this company they are scammers!!As I stated they are an unregulated russian company who can not be trusted with anyones KYC/AML information.

Had some funds end up misdirected due to a quirk in a 3rd party wallet, no fault of mine or Changelly'sChangelly CS were very quick to respond on the day of opening my ticket. (24th Aug) Clarified the return's process.On August 28th the misdirected funds were returned back in my wallet.Great CS, great response, great outcome. You couldn't ask for more.

Sent my Ada to exchange to Ethereum on August 14th 2020 at1936. I did not receive my Ethereum until 09/04/20 @1243. Technical issues on their end for not having Shelley update done etc. Mind you Shelley hard fork was done 07/31/2020. Never received a follow up email from them. I had to constantly contact them just to get generic non-empathetic responses. Lost money because of them for missing a trade and also not being able to stake my Ada while it was stuck in their possession. Last time I will use their service. I'll stick to change Now or other non-custodial exchange from now on. I'd rather lose out on a few more coins due to exchange rate then not being able to exchange at all.

I am overly happy with the manner in which my issue was addressed. I will be back to do business just based on the customer service alone.
