I've been using this service for quite some time. Changelly is quick, reliably and the exchange rates are very good. No complaints here. 5-stars all the way!!

company is a complete and total scam - took my bitcoin and told me my transaction didnt work and blamed it on me as user error - claiming ill receive a refund in 20 days, i highly doubt this to be true, 200 dollar lesson learned. STAY AWAY site is a scam. Transaction ID:86ukw4k8cc0wdup8update: the company is emailing me saying theyll refund me in 20 days. I will dilligently update this review to let people know if anything is ever received.update 11/10/20: my coin was returned today minus a small transaction fee - so thanks for holding my coin while the price skyrocketed i guess? made a few bucks lol. anyways, my opinion is that the company needs a better refund system, or managers on standby who can manually process refunds- a 20 day waiting time is absolutely insane.

The customer service experience has been superb and very efficient with no fuss . The administrators are helpful and responsive. This is exactly what you need when things need to be understood, clear instructions and support in the right areas Well done guys .The hard work is appreciated

Smooth experience, but super high fees

I feel it is the best cryptocurrency exchange service that allows users to trade in almost any cryptocurrency. It acts like an intermediate between crypto exchanges and users. Changelly charges a 0.5% fee for all trades. Users can easily and quickly trade cryptocurrencies as they wish. The customer support team at Changelly is quite responsive according to some customers and has static-rate fees.

Had a man named Peter help me out with my LTC to BTC conversion. He graciously answered all my questions and guided me through each step. I bugged him a ton with ridiculous questions and he never got frustrated instead promptly answering each question with grace. Highly, highly, highly recommend this customer support agent. Can't remember the last time I have ever written a review, but he was so good he inspired me to do this.

Changelly is the best exchange website ever! I have used it for half a year and never, ever had a problem. I love this site and it's interface is just addicting. I honestly want to go on here more than I should to exchange just to see the satisfaction of a exchange taking place with all the icons and uniform colors. This is my go-to for exchanges and the customer support is on point. One example: yesterday XMR was having issues with transactions Changelly took XMR off their list temporarily as soon as the problem arose. Other websites kept XMR on the exchange list and it took me over 10 hours before I got my exchange. Changelly made sure their customers didn't have to deal with the headache of not getting the normal 10 minute estimate of exchange. Can not rave about this site enough. Don't hesitate here, I RECOMMEND!

The best in the game..I even sent a deposit to the wrong address and they still solved the issue. I have full trust in these guys
