I wanted to perform a XRP->ETH transaction.Having stupidly left the destination tag off the XRP send request to Changelly, the funds of course got lost. Panic.The Changelly team calmed me down and, after a few days, completed the transaction for me. Panic over... No money lost. A big thanks to everyone on the team.

Dit setup a transaction from elektronium (etn) to cardano (ada) put in the addresses but thought that the payment.id optional was. Support help me out great and I have my ada coins!

So their customers service was amazing. I made a mistake and lost my btc in an exchange but not trading the minimum of 100$ worth. They,however, found my transaction got me the coin I was trading for, even though the Amount was under 100. This took maybe 5 minutes max. Good customer service is rare in crypto these days.
