Used them several times, never had a problem until trading for btc several transactions with 25$ less btc then quoted! Suggest using locked in rate so you don't get scammed! I checked rates after transaction and they were the same quotes as original, but some how i got scammed out of 25$ several times. Here are a few Transaction id's m165nshqwrz5haaj, s3ycldld59zr42ey.

I spent three months trying to figure out how to buy Theta in the United States through a LLC. I had created a Theta wallet at that time. Finally tried Changelly. Went from by BTC account at Kraken right to my Theta Wallet!! So simple yet scary since it was my first trade outside of an exchange. I am very happy with Changelly.

Habe ETH für BTC getauscht/traded und genau 30% weniger als ich hätte erhalten sollen bekommen, es war zwar keine große Menge (62€) aber dennoch ist dies vollkommen inakzeptabel.

Because of a technical error on their part it caused them to use an older BTC key of mine from the week earlier. Because the BTC didn't go to the wallet I thought it should I thought they sent the coins to the wrong address. They worked a month almost on my issue until they found a time when I had used the key before. It was an older one for my KeepKey which I don't look at because I HODL there. Anyhow they worked even after I accused them of taking the coins to figure out what happened. I owe Changelly an apology and thank you for working so hard for that long to figure it out....Awesome detective work guys.....I will definitely be using Changelly again in the future....
