Do not use changelly this hong kong firm will destroy your life they will take your money citing aml/kyc then ignore all of your emails and say your case is indeed under investigation they scam users! I did a transaction using XRP which is a public blockchain. Changelly can verify my information is 2 minutes yet after submitting it 2 months later I am still being delayed.You all have been warned if you use this company say bye bye to your money you will regret it
