I wish all support staff, at other companies, were as amazing as those Rockstars they have employed at Changelly, what a team of professionals and the leadership they must have because they fixed my error, that I caused myself, bridging with such ease and quickness where I delayed the fix by not looking for their email because I underestimated their response time to which at 9 AM on a holiday (New Year's) I responded and not expecting a resolution today at all, within 2 minutes my coins were in my wallet waiting for me and just made my day, that's support I'm not used to but will gladly accept it lol, what a excellent experience and outcome and on a holiday. I recommend Changelly and will be conducting future transactions through their platform as much as possible since I can really trust that when I make a crucial mistake that put my funds at risk, I now know that Changelly Support Staff don't play around, they are Rockstars and show their professionalism and are knowledgeable and will work on a holiday to resolve an issue, I can go on and on about this A+, easy 5 stars experience I had today, but will end by saying "WOW, I am so impressed by their team and the support I was shown, so thank you so much all involved @Changelly, and thank you if you read this and I hope this read helps guide your decision to conduct your business with this company because I know they get my business and trust from this point on which I feel in the crypto world is key. I exchanged 109k from usdt to ETH on my ledger I saw changelly as the provider and continued. After a few hours I didn’t receive my ETH and started to get worried. They placed my transaction on hold. After being aboard I didn’t have any way to submit any docs so I waited and they listed everything they needed from me. I gathered everything in the space of 7 days. I submitted a detailed report of all my transactions and sources of income. I’ve been told my case is on an active investigation. I asked a few questions about a lot of people not receiving there funds they blatantly disregarded it. I’m at peace with the fact I’ve most likely been scammed. Please do not use this service. I will be taking legal action. And ledger is completely responsible for the partnership with these scammers.

Changelly are withholding $20,000 from me. I did a swap through their platform. They are holding the funds. They asked for kyc which I have fully completed including providing images of my drivers licence along with selfies and videos of me. I explained how the funds were obtained. And answered every single question they had. They are still holding the funds and refusing the give back. At this point I believe they are scamming me out of these funds. They have done this to others and will continue to do so. I would stear clear of this company. You can't trust them

Boa noite, Venho por este meio reportar uma situação terrível que me aconteceu na vossa plataforma. A vossa plataforma foi aconselhada por um amigo meu. Estou muito insatisfeita e revoltada com a vossa resposta à libertação dos meus fundos. Estamos a falar de milhares de euros... Só posso concluir que a vossa plataforma é um SCAM FRAUDULENTO. Após a tentativa de libertação de fundos, vocês “CONGELARAM” os fundos e começaram a suspeitar de branqueamento de capital. Paguei uma taxa e continuaram com mesmo discurso em movimento espiral. Se suspeitaram que estava a branquear capital, por que não bloquearam os meus investimentos iniciais? EXIJO que libertem os meus fundos ou que reembolsem o valor investido para provar que são uma plataforma de confiança. Logo, vocês têm de devolver o valor investido, caso contrário provam ser uma plataforma SCAM.Caso contrário irei reportar-vos às autoridades e de forma legal. O meu ID é 84600838.
