Changelly is excellent, I used their mobile app. The transaction took awhile but it eventually went through. Their customer support is responsive and timely, which is unusual for most crypto related services.

No complaints - got it fixed.So a weird thing happened on a Changelly exchange - my ATOM was received but USDT was not deposited even though it was confirmed. I contacted Changelly and they quickly confirmed the issue, which was passed on to their tech team. Unfortunately, I had to wait 2 days for a response but most likely because the problem occurred on New Year's weekend. So I touched base with Changelly on Monday am and got a quick reply back that they were still working on it. About an hour later, the missing USDT was deposited. Great service! Really appreciate the quick responses to my emails. And the issue was 100% resolved. I will definitely continue doing business with them.

I just started to use Changelly to handle my transactions on a Ledger Nano S. They respond immediately on their chat line. The process to do transactions was explained to me in detail. I did some small exchanges, and then some big ones. I got worried when the coin didn’t appear right away. The agent held my hand and assured me all was fine, and it all was. One note to users. A fixed rate is on a timeline, so have your addresses in order and be ready to plug them in. You don’t have more than 20 minutes to get your part done. Thank you Changelly.
