hi guyson Tuesday, 18 October 2022 i Exchange 0.298 btc on changelly.com (order id ob54rj41rfwrw8aw) , but it was held by Changelly for KYC. There was no warning of KYC , before i start the Exchange.i am not providing any document .i contacted them and they said "Please note that we can only deliver your funds after the KYC is completed "i don't care about what they said,i will not providing any document.i need my money backeveryone should beware , i will keep you updated guys.UPDATE 1 :i don't get any response from themthey even delete my support tickets on support.changelly.com .my Lawyer file a report to Hong Kong Police Ref#ERC2210211082727 .i need my money backi will keep you updated guys

I had a transaction that was taking longer than usual and the chat support was there to answer all of my questions as well as alert the tech support. I am so happy with Alex from Changelly and the team. As a part of a KYC investigation I had to provide the proof of swap I did long time ago in Ledger. Through Ledger unfortunately I couldn't get any data back but the guys from Changelly found for me the transaction, send all the necessary information and data so I could proof my funds. I am so happy how they assisted me, it felt there was no more way, but yeeey they helped me out! I would highly recommend to go to Changelly in case you would like to swap your crypto!:)

I have been waiting 3 months to receive my swap to bitcoin and they still havnt sent my bitcoin yet, i have provided every document they ask for yet still they are "investigating " .i appreciate the security they have but this is too far, been waiting months for a swap which shouldve taken a few hours maximum.update : i have provided all the information they asked for and i am waiting for a reply
