UPDATE: Following my TrustPilot review, they've transferred the SOL, not before asking for my phone number (God knows why this is relevant).Well, at least I can give 5 stars to TrustPilot...(Original review:)My money was effectively stolen.I am so much disappointed of Changelly!A week ago I transferred Polkadot to convert it to Solana. Not a lot of money, only about 21 Polkadot (around $140).I made the transfer, Changelly transaction ID is: s272ht1dwsmvponr.However, I did not get the Solana.During this week I called multiple times to their support, and they keep telling me to be patient. They argue that the problem is in their partner.Well, your partner is not my concern! I transferred to you, not to your partner.It has been a week, and I hear nothing from them.My opinion is that they did not want to cheat me. They are simply lazy.As long as everything goes smoothly, it’s OK. But if there is a problem, they just don’t care, and do not take responsibility for their customers.

I feel compelled to write this review due to my personal experience with Changelly.com. I honestly thought I lost my $530 investment when trying to rush a transaction using the Changelly app, after seeing the transaction not make it to my desired wallet location, I waited, and waited for several hours before deciding to contact Changelly, and although the responses were all through email they never missed a beat and were able to track down the problem I created and resolved it within a short period. In less than two days, prob a 24 hour span they were able to resolve my mishap and process the original transaction. Kudos to Changelly.com and their staff. 5 Stars !

Used a couple of time to buy XRP since its not on the exchanges I use. Very simple and straight forward. Not big on sending my crypto to an address and hoping they return the equal amount, but has worked several times in a row. Only sending small amounts less than $500 USD, so realizing the risks. But each time they have sent the XRP to my ledger in under a minute. Fees slightly more than a bridge, but still small relatively speaking.
