I have used Changelly for several crypto conversions in the past with no issue. A few months ago I made a mistake, however, and sent them funds via a chain they did not yet support for conversions (BNB). I emailed them and they promised to get back to me once support is implemented, but I assumed my money was gone. To my surprise, they have made good on their promise, and months after the fact contacted me to make sure they can refund my correct address, and have done so. Very positive experience, and definitely not expected in the crypto space.

I accidentally sent a BEP-20 crypto to a ERC-20 address last year. When I contacted Changelly then, they did not have the capability to refund me the money at that time. A YEAR LATER, they contacted me to help me resolve the issue! The amount was not insignificant ($1000) so I very much appreciate the gesture and effort. I highly recommend, these guys can be trusted and can get the job done!

Hello friends, I would like to share a little review about changelly.Approximately 1 year ago I changed 600 busd to Eth and the transaction failed... After reviewing I realized that I sent the funds to a different network by mistake, I had sent the funds to BSC, when I had to send to the ETHEREUM network. I had an unusual problem with an exchange using Changelly. I’ve been using Changelly for some time now and know what to expect. The exchange experience is fast and delivers in minutes. The only problem this one time was the amount received was 5X less than it should have been. Ouch!I got on the app’s chat support and provided a screenshot of the Changelly success report. It was obvious the well known crypto could not cost me 5X the market price. The report provides all the exchange data in detail.The agent said he’d have to send the issue to his superiors. I soon got a reply saying its some kind of software glitch on their side and I would be reimbursed.They followed through and the missing crypto was sent to my wallet.Frankly speaking, the amount was not that much and I was concerned that they had much greater concerns with all the turmoil in the market these past two weeks.I can say they have great support and will continue with my regular exchanges.And yes, I’m confident they fixed the glitch.

The exchange doesn't show you the destination value. I ended up loosing over half the value of my exchange ($40+ loss).
