Отправил usdc на другой кошелёк, и обнаружив ошибку написал в поддержку, они сразу отреагировали и написали в биржу, на следующий день мне ответили что у биржи есть возможность вернуть мои 4130 usdc прошло 46 дней и я получил свои деньги, правда с штрафом в 100 долларов, ну это будет мне уроком на будущее, сервисом доволен.

I am extremely happy with the support team at Changelly. I had a lot of concerns over a transaction which the time limit had expired. These agents answered all of my questions right away. I did not have to wait a long time to be assured that everything would be ok, and it did. I think my positive experience today is going to turn me into a loyal customer. Scammers. Don't believe the fake good reviews. They locked my LTC (stole) and claim they are reviewing my KYC (14+days and counting).Update: 12th april (2 weeks later) and after i threatened with legal action, they finally confirmed they send the transaction! For a service that advertise "No registration needed" this was very false and caused a lot of issues for me and my company! Never again!
