Normally people will have trust issues like everybody does, I don't review a lot of places, I only review the extremes, I mostly focus on the good extreme and this is one of those rare unicorns; in my point of view it looks like they have everything automated, maybe with smart contracts, so as soon as they get your crypto, they convert it automatically and it's in your wallet in no time, easy to use, clean site.

Amazing Honesty and Following up:On June 22 2021 I attempted swapping Busd 2000 forDai crypto and in doing so I sent the BUSD to the wrong address. After waiting approx. 6 hrs. by which time the transaction should have been completed, I checked back with Changelly to find out why it was taking so long to complete the transaction. I was told that where I sent the BUSD was the wrong exchange, and they had no way of refunding me the BUSD. Little known to me but Changelly had not given up on my transaction and they kept working behind the scene to recover my funds, and today, April 29 2023, a few days over nine months since the transaction date, I was contacted with the good news that my funds were recovered and refunded to my BUSD account. Thank you Changelly, a job well done, and with that you have earned a customer for life. Fitz.

I was having some problems with the app, I was new to using the app, looking at exchange from NZD to Bitcoin. Was surprised I needed to use a different wallet to put the btc Bitcoin into. Fortunely the app was easy to go through for customer support, who through WhatsApp function was able to assist me to understand the function of the app better, help me to understand politely what the app could, could not do, the apps purpose as well! Not often an app has very good customer service, even in the weekend! Absolutely awesome! Still learning about the app but if I need assistance, they are there to assist! Absolutely awesome! Fantastic service.Similar to those quaint money exchange kiosks we used to see in the airport! Only these guys make it easy to trade out of a prohibited token like Nexo and gain some ETH so it can be used and withdrawn wherever I’d like. Thanks. Keep up the good work.
