Changelly has been reliable in most of the transactions. Except for one! I sent my Floki Inus to ERC-20 address instead of BEP by mistake. After contacting them many times, and paying a $100 ETH fine, they told me it might take 20 days to refund and resolve this.The transaction id ends with : ****** 1or4d7It's been over a month, and I still haven't received my refund.Until the case is resolved, I will have to keep this review. I also need to report the incident to Authority, if it's not solved.UPDATED: THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED FINALLY. THANKS CHANGELLY FOR MAKING THE REFUND. NEXT TIME I WILL BE CAREFUL WITH THE NETWORK.

Support is horrible. Refunds for mistakes take 20 days. I have had my funds locked up and and im waiting for a refund for a process that literally takes 5 min to correct via refund, but they make you wait . If you ever do anything wrong, like forget and XRP tag, send BUST to USDT, via same chan etc... expect your funds frozen for a month. Changenow support is much better and faster in these situations.
